Our quality AFL RoSE providers minimum requirements include:

1. A member should be able to properly service a target market area at no less than 75 radial miles from source terminal.

2. Relocation Lead be a seasoned, proven professional of 10 years or more, in the commercial moving industry

3. Sensitive Equipment moving & related services sales revenue exceeding 1.0 Million gross in their market area(s)

4. Provide a dedicated resource that becomes the AFL primary representative, being available and knowledgeable of the companies capabilities.

5. Have current associations with IFMA, BOMA, CoreNet Global, ALA, and other related professional trade associations in good standing

6. Be member in good standing with the BBB in their markets and/or Angie’s List or other quality consumer trade organization

7. Operate modern, clean and safe equipment for the proper service of their trades

8. Employ Skilled, Courteous and Trained professionals in the delivery of their services

9. A member should have a written safety policy addressing pre-employment, post accident and continual improvement procedures

10. A member should be one of the top 5 commercial movers in a given market

11. Be able to provide a strong letters of recommendation from their bank and/or CPA

A member should provide compliant, safe, facility related services specializing in the following fields:

1. Commercial Office Relocation

2. Commercial Data Technology Migration Services

3. Commercial Furniture Service

4. Commercial Storage and Assets Management

5. Commercial Document Management (Storage & Destruction)

6. Access to rigging, recycling, and other, as-needed services for OMA clients and members.

 

 

 

Coverage:

 

We maintain the appropriate insurance to ensure equipment in our care, custony and control is properly covered.  American Federated Logistics Form 25 Certificate of Insurance (COI) will be provided upon request.  In addition to this insurance provision, each AFL Partner also provides AFL Clients with an added layer of commercial Insurances’ that are specially adapted to that Partners service offerings.  All certificates can be added to, modified to meet AFL Clients specific Risk Management requirements.
